Meet Bill

Bill Quigg

CEO & President

Bill Quigg, a Hoquiam, Washington native from the Quigg Brothers construction family, became president of Grays Harbor Industrial Inc. in 1993. He led a local investor group in purchasing and reopening the shuttered Grays Harbor Paper Co. mill, restoring roughly 230 jobs to the economically struggling area after its closure had cost hundreds of positions. As president, CEO, and general partner, he guided the mill’s operations for nearly two decades (until around 2011), emphasizing sustainable practices such as biomass energy and recycled paper production while turning it into a local economic success story.
